Refund policy

Return of goods:

You can return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of shipment. Be sure to attach the completed return form that you received in the package upon delivery to the goods you wish to return. You return the goods to the address: Altilux d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 404, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljana, Slovenia, the cost of return is paid by the customer himself. Please download form and fill all the info and add your bank account: slovenian or english.

We strive to provide you with only the best products, but we are aware that sometimes a situation arises when you need to exchange, return or claim a product.

In the case of returned goods, the amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 14 days, after receiving the returned goods, to the payment method you used when purchasing the goods.
