Shipping policy
Order tracking:
You will receive an updated status of your order by email. You will also receive a tracking number for your package to your email address as soon as the delivery service picks up the package at the warehouse. In this way, you can follow the current location of your package and when the estimated delivery time is via the website of the delivery service
Delivery price list:
For Slovenia it is free shipping above 100 €. For every other countries in EU is calculated by pricing list.
If payment is cash on delivery: we ship the ordered goods on the same day or within two working days at the latest. If the payment or transfer to the company's current account: we ship the ordered goods after receiving payment or transfers to the company's current account.
